Individual Therapy Session

Individual therapy offers you a dedicated 55-minute space to slow down, be deeply heard, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface of your life. Sessions may include mindfulness, breathing practices, and reflective dialogue to help regulate your nervous system and increase self-awareness. You’ll also receive optional take-home practices to support integration and meaningful change between sessions.

I primarily take self-pay clients as self payers tend to be highly motivated to do the work. That said, I do have several spots per month reserved for those using health insurance including Aetna, Optum, BCBS, and Quest. Reach out for availability.
