In individual therapy, I ask clients to bring their whole selves, your strengths, hidden parts, survival patterns, and the shadows that shape how you live and relate. I work with accomplished young and midlife adults (ages 25–55) in the rush hour of life who look like they have it together but know something inside needs care or realignment. I offer a steady, attuned, and psychologically grounded space where honesty is welcomed and depth is possible.

We examine how early relationships shaped how you attach, protect, and perform, and how those strategies may now be costing you intimacy, ease, or a sense of being fully alive. This is not quick-fix therapy. If you’re ready to stop performing, be honest with yourself, and do real inner work, this may be a strong fit.

I primarily work with self-pay clients, who are often highly motivated to engage in the work but do have some slots for those using personal health insurance. Reach out for availability.

Individual therapy offers you a dedicated 55-minute space to slow down, be deeply heard, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface of your life. Sessions may include mindfulness, breathing practices, and reflective dialogue to help regulate your nervous system and increase self-awareness. You’ll also receive optional take-home practices to support integration and meaningful change between sessions.
