Couples Therapy Session

$220.00

Couples therapy in my practice focuses on marriages and committed partnerships where high-functioning adults are healing past relationship wounds while building intimacy, trust, and the capacity to voice their wants and needs. This work is designed for couples who are motivated, reflective, and ready to engage the deeper patterns shaping their relationship.

I offer bi-weekly couples sessions centered on communication, attachment and attunement, understanding relational history, meeting each other’s shadow, and building connection in a thoughtful, structured, and trust-centered way. On alternate weeks, each partner participates in individual therapy and completes a dedicated one-hour couples practice at home using guided exercises and integration work. Meaningful change happens between sessions, where new skills are practiced and new patterns are formed.

$195 per bi-weekly session

(A three month commitment is suggested in order to go deeply into relationship work and healing)

Couples therapy offers biweekly, 55-minute sessions focused on improving communication, understanding patterns, and rebuilding connection in a thoughtful, structured way. On alternate weeks, couples engage in individual therapy (with me or another therapist) and a dedicated one-hour couples practice at home, using guided exercises and homework designed to strengthen skills without the therapist present, because change happens between sessions. Outside practices are essential to the work, and many couples find that adding my couples retreat deepens insight, connection, and momentum in a powerful way.
