Couples Therapy Session

$220.00

Couples therapy offers biweekly, 55-minute sessions focused on improving communication, understanding patterns, and rebuilding connection in a thoughtful, structured way.

On alternate weeks, couples engage in individual therapy and/or a dedicated one-hour couples’ practice at home, using guided exercises and homework designed to strengthen skills without the therapist present, because change happens between sessions. Outside practices are essential to the work, and many couples find that adding my couples retreat deepens insight, connection, and momentum in a powerful way.

Please note, I only take self-pay for couples’ therapy. Studies have found that couples who go through health insurance aren’t as motivated to do the relationship work. Partnerships take a lot of effort and I need to know that both clients buy-in and are ready to take this seriously.
